Terms & Conditions – Registration
Registration for the 41st Indian Engineering Congress is subject to the following terms.
- Registration. Registration for the 41st Indian Engineering Congress is subject to successful payment of the applicable registration fee through the authorized online payment gateway.
- Acceptance of Terms. By making the payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Registration Fee. The registration fee is applicable for participation in the three-day 41st Indian Engineering Congress scheduled from 18 to 20 December 2026 at ESCI Campus, Hyderabad.
- Non-Refundable Fee. Once the registration fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. No refund shall be made for cancellation, non-attendance, change of plans, personal reasons, travel difficulties or any other reason attributable to the participant.
- Payment Confirmation. Registration shall be considered confirmed only after successful completion of the payment transaction and generation of the payment/registration confirmation.
- Failed or Duplicate Transactions. In case of a failed, interrupted or duplicate payment transaction, the participant should contact the designated Congress Registration Support Team with the transaction details. Any refund arising from a genuine duplicate or failed transaction shall be processed subject to verification and applicable payment gateway/banking procedures.
- Programme Changes. The organizers reserve the right to modify the programme schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements or other event-related details, if required, without prior notice.
- Event Cancellation/Postponement. In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the Congress due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the organizers shall communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants. Any refund, if applicable, shall be subject to the decision of the organizers and applicable terms of the payment gateway.
- Participant Information. Participants are responsible for providing correct and complete information during registration. The organizers shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information submitted by the participant.
- Payment Gateway. Payments are processed through the authorized payment gateway. The organizers shall not be responsible for delays, transaction failures, banking issues, technical interruptions or other issues arising from the participant’s bank, card issuer, payment service provider or internet connectivity.
- Taxes and Charges. Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges or other transaction-related charges, if specified during the payment process, shall be borne by the participant as applicable.
- Event Participation. Registration entitles the participant to participate in the Congress subject to the applicable registration category and event guidelines. The registration is not automatically transferable to another person without prior approval of the organizers.
- Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to maintain appropriate professional conduct and comply with the rules, safety requirements and instructions of the organizers and venue authorities.
- Data and Privacy. Information provided during registration may be used by the organizers for registration processing, communication, event administration, certificates and other purposes directly related to the Congress, subject to applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to registration or participation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Important: Registration fee once paid is non-refundable. Participants are advised to verify all registration details before making the payment.
